all ACE inhibitors are prodrugs except CAPTOPRIL and LISINOPRIL
My blood pressure (BP) was 160/102 at the doctors office. I have been on 10 mg lisinopril for almost 2 weeks now. BP is very normal, sometimes even on the low end. I might consider asking the doctor about 5 mg. I don't like being on medication. Lisinopril was about $11 for the perscription. I was previously on Cozaar, which also worked well, but cost $52.
